The opportunity to instill in children a sense of cultural understanding through the powerful vehicle of music and storytelling combined has become a meaningful direction for my musical career. Over the last 25 years I have been performing educational storytelling shows for children in schools, libraries and theatres.
My origin is Colorado, USA and my heritage is both Native American and Mexican. I come from a tradition of rich storytelling. Some of my fondest memories are with my family, sitting around the kitchen table, listening to my grandma Hopi tell stories. I grew up hearing the same stories again and again and I never got tired of hearing them. Let me share my stories with you, stories from the southwestern cultures of America. I offer multi-cultural school assembly programs for ages ranging from kindergarten through 12th grade, using a dynamic combination of drama, guitar playing, singing and interaction.

Any program can be adjusted to any grade level or a bilingual audience.
